Here I am, two days late again.... Anyway, I didn't even sit and watch this episode (was in and out of the room trying to multitask), but Mila, the one from Boston, was first to go. The models had to depict smoking as glamorous and then depict its harmful effects. Mila was convinced that she looked like a clown when she was made up to appear she had hair loss from cancer chemo and couldn't stop laughing during the shoot. I'm surprised they got a serious pic out of her. So she sank herself by being silly about something serious, pretty much. And, as the judges mentioned during deliberations, she looked like none of their critiques of her work registered with her. Indeed, she did look totally blank. Kind of like a kewpie doll. Then there was the petty fighting between Ebony and Lisa. Ridiculous. Ebony says she only apologized to Lisa so the judges won't find out what she said to her. Wow. But eventually they'll find out. Mark my words. It was kind of funny, though, when Ebony said, "I'm about to throw a cell phone." Shades of Naomi Campbell. Uh-oh. |
