Flashback: Michael, now "Kevin," first meets George Minkowski, and then Naomi Dorrit, at the dock in Fiji. Naomi says a crate has already arrived for him, and it will be sent down to his berth. Against his will, Michael finds himself liking both of them. He then meets Miles, who [apparently via his psychic abilities] knows he is not Kevin. But Miles says not to worry, as 80 percent of the people aboard the boat are lying about something. Make that 100 percent, Miles. Aboard the boat, now at sea, Michael meets Frank the pilot, who asks him what he's doing "on this tub." "Looking for a little adventure," Michael says rather unconvincingly. Frank says if he wants adventure, hey, how about this? He tells him that the wreckage they've found isn't Oceanic 815's. He, Frank, believes the plane was planted -- and that he came on this voyage because Charles Widmore believes it too, and thinks the real 815 is still out there somewhere. Frank's excited: Just imagine if they could find some of the survivors! Michael later is startled to see Kearny, Omar and some other crew members having a high old time trapshooting up on deck -- but they're using automatic weapons. They just chuckle at him when he says he "thought this was a rescue mission." Condescendingly, Kearny tells "Kevin" to go find something to mop. The case Tom sent to him contains explosives, which Michael takes down to an engine room to plant and detonate. He hesitates over the EXECUTE button, then sees another vision of Libby --- this time telling him, "Don't do it, Michael." But he does it anyway -- and gets only a jokey pop-up flag saying: NOT YET. |
