Dang it, Darla, I gotta hand it to ya for hanging on for local guy Jason. But outside our little local "love Jason" world ... other people are watching this same show, seeing the same people and writing this: There ought to be absolutely no suspense. Mr. Castro dug his own grave and jumped in it.

Steve, I think you've misunderstood my last comment. I was only saying that shockers have occurred on American Idol. I'm NOT saying I think Jason should stay. After last night, I'd say his time is officially up.
And by the way, if Jason is safe tonight, there will obviously be many disappointed people out there -- including, perhaps, Jason himself.
