Rockwall's Jason Castro makes some pronouncements in Entertainment Weekly that might be painful to fans' ears. Interviewed during Neil Diamond week, he told EW: "What happens happens. I'll sing and if people like it, they like it. And if they don't, they don't. I'm kind of ready to go home. ... It's been overwhelming. I got 150 balloons yesterday delivered to the studio because people heard I was sick last week. That's cool, but that's just weird." |

I hope not, I don't wanna to see Jason give up, I think Jason shouldn't never give up...I enjoy watching Jason performance every week,Jason have an amazing unigue voice and an amazing guitar skills, God gave him those gift..you know what, I don't beleive what EW wrote this story, I think EW story is all set up and want people to beleive Jason told the EW..That's their game, I'm sorry this the way I feel. I've read alot of people comment and say Jason have a weakest vocally, just because Jason is a laid-back style. I've read their comment about Jason needed to step up if he want to go this far...
I don't know what this gonna be like tonight, I do know it's rock n' roll and Hall Fame. I really hopefully Jason will do great tonight...

I've said over and over again that Jason does not grasp the seriousness of where he is and DOES NOT WANT TO BE THERE! Tonight's two performances proved that! As Simon said, he should pack his bags! There will be no Top Three Parade in Rockwall. But please welcome this young man home with some sort of celebration.
