Idol: Jason's second attempt

During Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man," he forgot the words. Maybe he was serious when he told the Entertainment Weekly reporter he was ready to come home.
Sigh.

We can only hope this no talent singer goes home!

Jason needed to be piss tested last night; either that or

1) He realizes he's not up to par with the rest and feels bad he's still there and wants to be kicked off or
2) He thinks he's so cute and cool that America will vote for him, even if he screws up and sounds awful
I'm hoping for the first option because Jason is cute and cool, but has to go.

He should have gone home long before Kristi Cook as he took this away from Michael and Carly who should have been in this place. I hated how he ruined Memories and then to attempt Bob Marley who I've always loved but then Bod D. Oh my!! He seems like a truly sweet guy but not an American Idol. I wouldn't hire him to sing at my kids' birthday parties but maybe simply sing along with friends at a party...maybe. I'm sorry, Jason but your friends and family kept you there longer than you should have. Peace Be With You!

I texted my votes last night but only received a confirmation text back on 2 of my votes. Did anyone else have this problem?

If for no other reason, I hope he goes home so the DMN staff can get a life and forget this horrible atrocity for a television show...at least until the next bimbo or himbo from Texas gets in the finals

The judges were totally hard on Jason - as if they are angry at him. Sure 'I shot the sheriff' wasn't his greatest, but it suited him. Mr. Tambourine Man sounded great. He forgot some of the easier words, but the lyrics itself are difficult, and he got all the hard lines just perfect. It was good. I think the judges had it in for him for some reason, maybe because Jason's just not sweating it out. Good for him. And I figured he would pick awesome songs.

I voted extra for Jason last night. Other than David Cook, he's the only interesting contestant left. I'm so tired of the Aw-Shucks Sappy Happy downright b-o-r-i-n-g David A and very forgettable Syesha. ALSO...the judges were out for Jason, lobbing bombs after the first song even when he wasn't on the stage. No wonder he was rattled. I have a feeling he's getting more votes each week than they would like. I won't be surprised if he goes home...but I do harbor hope that there will be a "surprise" ousting of David A.

If Jason wasn't so stoned he may have performed better. He's probably been stoking his bong to much lately. What a waste of talent.
