'Mad Men': questions and conjectures

About the Season 2 premiere of Mad Men:

Didn't it look as if Salvatore Romano, aka Sterling-Cooper's handsome, closeted gay art director, was wearing a wedding ring? Sal also appeared to be at home for a Valentine's dinner with a woman identified in credits as "Kitty Romano" -- meaning his bride is not Lois Sadler, the pretty switchboard operator who was obviously attracted to him in Season 1. Lois, instead, has taken Peggy's place as Don's secretary. And Miss Kitty apparently is now Mrs. Romano -- for better or for worse.

To whom was Don mailing that book of Frank O'Hara poetry, inscribed: "Made me think of you"? Survey says... Rachel Menken!

What's happened to Peggy's surprise baby, who by now (February 1962, 14 months after we last saw Peggy) would be a toddler? Obviously no one at work knows that the kid exists, least of all putative baby-daddy Pete "The Weasel" Campbell, who doesn't seem able to make a baby with his wife, Trudy.

And this is just a wild guess, but: If Don Draper has to choose between being impotent or being hypertensive, I'm betting those new blood-pressure pills will mysteriously get lost.
